Fulfillment Policy
Executive Coaching Solutions offers coaching services and software. There are several programs that you can choose from. Mark will share these with you on a Free Coaching Call. There are paid-in-full and money payment options. Our agreements are subject to United States and State of Georgia laws. We do not conduct payment on our website. First, you will have the opportunity to review and execute an agreement. Upon receipt, we will send you an email with payment links on Stripe, our processor. All transactions are conducted on Stripe, on a secured website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Refunds policy
Coaching fees and software services are not refundable. Clients are paying to learn scaling your business. After the coaching program has been completed, your coach will continue to bill you on a month to month basis until you provide a written statement to withdraw from our coaching.
Shipping policy
Executive Coaching Solutions offers software that is software as a service. There is not physical fulfillment. You will receive login information after the initial payment has been completed. You will lose assess to the software when you complete an initial program or withdraw from our programs.

Cancellation policy
Client understands and agrees that if, for any reason, Client chooses to remove or cancel themself out of the Program, Client shall give a 7-day notice and Client agrees that he/she will not receive any refund (partial or full) for any reason whatsoever for any monies paid or credit card charges. for coaching services or software. The client warrants he/she will not initiate any credit card chargebacks regarding purchase. Client warrants he/she will not initiate any cancellation of credit card(s) to avoid obligated payments regarding this purchase (partial or full) for any reason. Further, Client understands that he/she is solely and completely responsible for any indebtedness incurred as a result of entering into this agreement. Whether Client chooses to assign full or partial rights (i.e. deciding to partner with another individual) hereunder, or delegate his/her obligations under this Agreement, Client understands that he/she is responsible for the complete and total balance due to Executive Coaching Solutions. At the time of cancellation, client agrees that he/she will have forfeited their right to access the software, coaching calls, group access and will immediately be removed from all platforms.
Coaching calls policy
Company has the right to change and/or modify the daily coaching schedule as needed. Company will provide Client with advance notice of any changes or modifications made. Company understands that unforeseen circumstances may arrive from time to time causing the Client to have to postpone or reschedule a coaching call. Client agrees to give advance notice to Company of any change needed. Client agrees that he/she will not let this happen more than 3 times and if there is any postponement beyond that, it may be a breach of Agreement.
